New coins come from US Mint. I take your coin from Proof or Uncirculated sets, not from Mint bags or rolls. No other 3rd party to handle or touch your coin.

COLLECTORS NOTE: Uncirculated coins are, by definition, coins that exhibit no wear due to circulation. That does not mean Uncirculated coins are mark free. Coins that are shipped from the Mint to the Federal Reserve Banks or counting rooms and that are rolled at those facilities are true Uncirculated coins as long as the coins exhibit no wear or loss of luster that comes from circulation. However true Uncirculated coins can, and almost always do, have contact marks from being jostled against other coins.
